Annual Congregational Meeting will be January 25th following morning worship (approximately 11:30 AM). 2014 Annual Reports will be reviewed and Financial Statements given to church members. The 2015 Proposed Budget will be voted on by the congregation. Annual operating expenses are about$100,000 for our church to cover personnel, property, programs.
Copies of financial, pastor and ministry team (“committee”) reports will be available a week ahead of time, on Sunday Jan. 18th. The Clerk’s Annual Statistical Report on membership, which is sent to denominational offices, will also be available.
The Nominating Committee is still seeking 3 active members to serve as Elders, Class of 2017—election will be held as part of the Annual Congregational Meeting. 4 church members will also be elected to represent the congregation on the 2015 Nominating Committee (which does their work in the fall). You must be an official “member” to vote or hold office, but non-members are welcome to attend the meeting.
